# SACE JOB FAIR by Sace Group
A perfect example of the **Career Day** in the Metaverse, dedicated to exploring opportunities in HR through virtual innovation, organized by SACE.
The event offered students, graduates and young professionals the opportunity to **discover career opportunities in the SACE Group** and be part of the ongoing transformation.
The initiative offered a virtual exhibition environment and a gaming phase to actively engage participants, allowing them to understand SACE's mission through a unique online experience. Cognitive talks, networking sessions, gamification elements and thematic quiz challenges about SACE: the event harnessed the potential of the metaverse to overcome geographical limitations and offer full immersion in the virtual world.
